〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕菲律賓公布調查報告，將8名海巡員以殺人罪起訴，這也讓我國考慮取消對菲制裁。外交部發言人高安今(8)日表示，由於馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處理事主席培瑞茲下午會到洪家表達慰問，因此會檢視菲國做了哪些努力與說明，再決定後續動作。
