〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕行政院今（8）日公布第一階段自由經濟示範區推動做法，經建會主委管中閔揭示效益，要在民國103年，達成增加民間投資新台幣200億元，增加國內生產總額300億元，創造13000人就業等目標。
