〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕台灣大都會區的醫美診所滿街林立，但政府卻課不到稅！監委李復甸、尹祚芊、馬秀如今（8）日指出，醫美診所目前比照「醫療」勞務，醫美診所免徵營業稅，但醫學美容不是醫療行為，有違租稅公平，糾正行政院衛生署、財政部。
