〔社會中心／屏東報導〕今年5月9日發生的我國屏東籍漁船「廣大興28號」，遭到菲律賓公務船開槍掃射事件，導致漁民洪石成不幸身亡。經過3個月的調查，馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處(MECO)理事主席培瑞茲，8日上午搭機抵台，並代表菲國總統艾奎諾三世和菲國人民，前往小琉球向受害者洪家家屬及全台人民正式道歉，並允諾懲凶、賠償等事宜。
