〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕為人誠懇、低調、奉公守法、敬業又盡職，有為有守的板橋區公所，總務室主任賴金發即將榮退，將於7月16日正式離開公職，轉到宗教界一展長才繼續奉獻服務。賴金發表示，民國55年8月進入板橋鎮公所服務，57年從軍服兵役，59年退役後二度進公所服務，擔任總務一職迄今長達數十年之久，如今屆齡退休，受邀進宗教界服務，展開不同環境的新挑戰。
