【綜合報導】第11號颱風尤特昨增強為強烈颱風，中央氣象局預估，雖然尤特不會直接影響台灣陸地，不過受其外圍雲系影響，已經針對台東縣、屏東縣發布大雨特報。 氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典，稍早也在臉書上發文表示，雖然大雨特報範圍只有台東縣和屏東縣，不過未來幾天南方雲系有機會持續北抬，提醒民眾不可掉以輕心。
