〔記者彭夢竺／台北報導〕常搭乘高鐵的民眾注意，以後搭高鐵可不要再遲到囉！有民眾投訴媒體，因為塞車，差一分鐘無法進去閘門，以往高鐵可以會通融讓民眾換票，現在卻被拒絕，買對號座或商務艙去搭自由座又不退差價，批評高鐵不合理。
