松山機場結構補強工程 包商竟用米袋填充

【綜合報導】松山機場因老舊，前年進行「松山機場建築物結構耐震補強工程」，現今卻爆發偷工減料弊端，用來避震的阻尼器，包商不僅未使用足量膠結材料EPOXY膠，還拿米袋當填充物，嚴重影響避震效果，調查局昨搜索，約談永耀營造負責人張秀鳳及建築師郭怡良等四名業者，晚上依詐欺、違反《政府採購法》等罪嫌移送北檢複訊。 聽聞以米袋混充，中華民國結構技師全聯會理事長蔡榮根十分震驚，表示以此結構位置來看，屬於結構重要的位置，不能用米袋固定。
