〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕塑化劑、毒澱粉到毒醬油，近幾年來，國內食品衛生安全事件連環爆，為了讓民眾能夠吃的安心，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署在過去3個月，培訓食品衛生志工814位，即日起將深入全國各大賣場、連鎖商店及餐廳，充當「秘密客」全面進行市售食品標示、衛生環境的監控，連知名廚師阿基師（鄭衍基）也響應誓師。
