〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕民進黨前主席蔡英文籲總統馬英九召開國是會議，但今日《自由時報》報導，蔡英文在馬英九出國訪問前致電要求，須以停建核四為前提，造成會談無法進行。蔡英文辦公室今（13）日指出，蔡從未致電馬英九討論有關事宜，若消息來源確為總統，馬應出面道歉；否則《自由》應立即更正並道歉。
