〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕美國喬治·華盛頓大學近日公布了中情局（CIA）的秘密檔案，首次證實了神秘的「51區」。此次解密只是浩如煙海的保密資訊中的一個碎片，在美國機密資訊有些隨時光流逝自動解密，有些應公眾或學者要求被公開，有些仍因各種原因被封存，比如甘迺迪總統遇刺的資料，50年過去了，仍然有數千頁調查文件未予公開，新京報記者採訪美國國家解密中心工作人員講述美國機密文件公開制度，除了美國，世界上其他國家有類似的解密制度嗎？ 閱讀全文...
