〔社會中心／台北報導〕國際名導演張作驥，今年5月被一名女編劇指控涉嫌酒後性侵，對方事後到警局提告，台北地檢署26日上午對張作驥依強制性交罪起訴。張作驥矢口否認，在庭上對於涉案情節，一律都以「不記得」回答，甚至還脫口而出，自己「背部有傷不太能做」來替自己辯解。
