輕度颱風康芮（KONG-REY）持續北上逼近台灣，氣象局28 日早上11時30分發布陸上警報，警戒區域包刮花蓮、宜蘭，稍晚隨著颱風環流影響，範圍跟著擴大，整個台灣東半部及中部以北都列入警戒區。宜蘭縣晚間8時宣布29日（四）停止上班上課，北北基則是依舊正常上班上課。 《詳全文...》
