〔記者黃玿琮／台中報導〕和平區區長黃永生28日下午1點，被員工發現坐靠在辦公室椅子中昏迷不醒，公所人員立急通知救護車將黃永生送到東勢農民醫院搶救；由於情況嚴重，再轉送中國醫藥大學附設醫院緊急開刀治療。
