〔記者陳榮昌／台中報導〕蘇力颱風豪雨影響，外埔區水美里金仔坑社區溪底橋溪底溝沿岸河床，堆積巨量石頭及污泥，由於康芮颱風有可能襲台，為防範災害擴大，楊永昌議員28日邀集水保局、東勢林管處等相關單位到現場會勘，決定一周內進場緊急搶修清疏，並儘速調查上游土石崩塌改善。
