〔記者郭政隆／嘉義報導〕日前嘉義市南門派出所所長陳敏藝、巡佐江玉銀及警員柯優清執行深夜巡邏勤務時，接獲線報指稱，位於嘉義市一家KTV包廂內有人吸食K他命，所長陳敏藝於是帶領員警立即前往探訪查緝，到達後線報所說的包廂外就聞到濃濃的燒塑膠臭味，一進門就聞到K煙味，現場除了有人正在吸食外，桌面上也放著兩支尚未吸食過的K菸，其中一位吸食的民眾看到員警進來後依然很鎮定的在吸食K菸，直到有員警發現後立即制止，這行為讓現場員警看的是不禁頻頻搖頭，員警依法將吸食K他命的四名男女帶回所偵辦。
