〔記者陳木隆／宜蘭報導〕受「康芮」颱風影響，宜蘭縣政府宣布29日全縣各機關學校停止上班及上課1天。羅東林區管理處也決定太平山國家森林遊樂區、羅東林業文化園區暫時休園，自然步道也暫時封閉，請遊客暫勿前往，以免發生危險。
