【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬今日稍早表示，美國當局調查之後，確定敘利亞政府在上周使用化學武器攻擊平民。

不過歐巴馬強調，他至今仍未決定是否要對敘利亞出兵。此外，有立法者認為，歐巴馬需要國會的通過和支持，才能下出兵令。
