〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕美國國務卿克里26日強烈譴責敘利亞政府使用化學武器攻擊人民，市場預期英美將聯手出兵敘利亞，中東情勢升溫，導致27日布蘭特原油上漲3.63%至115美元，西德州原油則上漲近3%至109美元，雙雙創下今年3月來新高。但能源類股受到整體美股下挫影響，MSCI全球能源指數不漲反跌，下跌0.25%，但明顯低於MSCI全球指數1.33%的跌幅。
