〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕康芮颱風持續北移，台灣西半部地區降雨明顯且強降雨持續中，預計於今(29)日17時30分解除陸警。台鐵指出，自14時10分起西部海線對號列車恢復正常行駛至彰化站止。
