〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕康芮颱風來襲，瞬間降雨造成中南部災情頻傳，由於大雨來的快又急，不少地方都已淹水，台南市、高雄市宣布下午停班停課，台灣票據交換所29日指出，受康芮颱風影響，部分地區停止上班，為顧及支票存款戶資金調度受到影響，有關存款不足退票紀錄從寬處理。
