〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕根據康芮颱風路徑及所帶來的旺盛西南雲系，經濟部水利署推估，在今（29）日晚間8時以前，可能發布一級淹水警戒的縣市，已增加為13縣市，北從桃園縣開始，以南至屏東縣，部分鄉鎮都有可能發布一級淹水警戒，特別提醒桃園以南的民眾要特別注意。
