〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕康芮颱風所降下的豪雨，造成南部縣市水患。民進黨主席蘇貞昌29日表示，民進黨執政時期所規劃執行的「8年800億」治水特別預算，將在明年1月屆期，全國還有許多易發生水患的地區需要整治，但南部各縣市未來治水經費將斷炊，希望「8年800億」治水特別預算再延長8年，並編列800億元的特別預算，協助各縣市治理水患。
