下午才停班停課　陳菊也對高雄市民說抱歉
康芮颱風為高雄帶來超大豪雨，高雄市長陳菊29日表示，市府發佈停班停課必須有所依據，中央氣象局上午9點將降雨量預測上修至300~800豪米，已達停班課標準，因此決定下午全市停班停課，如果民眾上午上班上課因為積水造成不便，她表示抱歉。 《詳全文...》
