【余思維／台北報導】今午後全台暴雨，北部地區入夜雨勢增強，台北市災害應變中心晚間二級開設，呼籲居住低窪地區及山坡地民眾，注意河水暴漲與土石流，及早避難。

市府表示，欲知氣象、避難等相關資訊，可至北市防災資訊網查詢（www.tdprc.taipei.gov.tw），或手機下載安裝「台北市行動防災APP」。
