〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕全台防豪雨！8月31日從南到北都因豪雨出現災情，中央氣象局提醒，鋒面和西南風的影響31日晚仍然會持續，氣象局目前也持續發佈豪雨特報，提醒嘉義以南地區將出現局部超大豪雨，基隆北海岸、大台北地區以及台中至雲林和南投地區會有豪雨或大豪雨，其他地區及澎湖、金門亦可能有局部大雨或豪雨發生。
