〔記者王榮貴／新竹報導〕中秋佳節即將到來，新竹市長許明財呼籲禮尚往來，請優先選購身心障礙者所生產的產品。許市長表示，有些身心障礙者，因就業能力不足，無法進入一般競爭性職場工作，為照顧這群身心障礙者，提升其就業能力，協助其自力更生，新竹市政府特別輔導2家身心障礙者照顧機構、2家日間社區小型作業所及3家庇護工場，提供身心障礙者工作場域，讓身心障礙者透過製作產品，獲得自立生活的機會。中秋禮尚往來選購身心障礙者所生產的產品，不僅傳達心意，同時也能幫助弱勢、做公益。
