〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕立法院明（17）日開議，面對「馬王僵局」，行政院長江宜樺上台施政報告時，是否會向立法院長王金平鞠躬致意，行政院發言人鄭麗文今日表示，會依照慣例向主席鞠躬致意，「這是慣例，也是禮貌」。
