〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕國民黨立院黨團在今（16）日下午在國民黨中央召開黨團大會，不過在65席國民黨立委中，只有38人出席，前黨團書記長賴世葆更將砲口對向行政部門，說有很多立委批評「行政部門老是在上游拉屎，底下清都清不乾淨，還嫌我們清的姿勢不好。」
