〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕根據1111人力銀行與《遠見雜誌》「企業最愛研究所調查」顯示，在進用碩士生的薪資條件上，6成企業坦言會較大學學歷新鮮人起薪高，平均高出3106元；另外，具備「企業實習經驗」、「參與過產學合作案」及「參與國內外競賽活動」(31.7%)，最具加分作用。
