〔文／吳景欽〕針對立法院長王金平聲請假處分案，台北地院雖已為裁准，而使其暫時保住國民黨籍的身份。只是選罷法中關於不分區立委，一旦失去黨籍即喪失立委身份的規定，不僅使不分區立委成為政黨的禁臠，亦違背憲法的民主原則。
