〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕有消息指出，儘管台灣能以特邀貴賓身分參與國際民航組織(ICAO)大會，但該組織卻拒絕台灣記者的採訪申請。對此外交部發言人高安今(17)日表示，申請採訪的時程是在台灣獲得邀請之前，如今台灣確定參加大會，未來外交部也會努力爭取足夠的採訪名額。
