〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕立法院新會期今（17）日開議，民進黨立委集體穿上黑色衣服，對國會尊嚴被踐踏表示哀悼。民進黨團書記長吳秉叡受訪表示，為了維護憲政秩序，民進黨將要求行政院長江宜樺對國家憲政危機、藐視國會公開道歉，並主張廢除偵查組，而檢察總長黃世銘也應立即停職接受調查。
