〔生活中心／綜合報導〕天兔颱風21日晚間9點中心位置在鵝鑾鼻西南方160 公里海面上，預計22日上午解除陸上颱風警報，下午解除海上警報。除了台東縣大武鄉、金峰鄉、達仁鄉、蘭嶼鄉、屏東縣滿州鄉已宣布22日停止上班上課及金門縣尚未宣布停班停課情形外，其餘鄉鎮正常上班上課。
