〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕行政院23日宣布，由政委羅瑩雪接任法務部長。記者詢問她如何面對涉關說案的立法院長王金平，羅瑩雪說，該案部分已經進入立法院自律委員會，有一部分進入監察院調查，她完全尊重結果，個案她未接觸，沒有預設結果，「法律人很簡單，看證據，認定事實」。
