〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕為能減少購屋糾紛，新北市政府城鄉發展局9月底開始，陸續針對土城(頂埔地區)、永和、蘆洲、新莊及台北港特定區等地區，開放三圖(都市計畫分區圖、地籍圖及地形圖)合一查詢服務，讓民眾快速了解房屋所在的土地使用分區、地形以及地籍資料，一次查詢即可獲得多項資訊，民眾不再需要奔波多處。
