〔記者黃詠芸／彰化報導〕為有效解決芬園鄉之淹水問題，彰化卓縣長今（23）日上午陪同水利署署長楊偉甫，現場勘察施工情形，水利署第三河川局已完成貓羅溪之堤防改善約4.2公里，目前烏溪田中央段亦進行堤防改善中，未來田中央堤防完工後，將更有效保護本區域安全。
