〔社會中心／桃園報導〕陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘暴斃軍中一案，軍審法修法後，案件已轉由桃園地院審理。桃院24日上午再度開庭，傳喚269旅禁閉室相關人等共11人，其中禁閉室長蕭志明在法庭上表示，戒護士陳嘉祥曾向他透露，洪仲丘在送往禁閉室後，542旅上士范佐憲曾交代「好好照顧洪仲丘」。
