永旺案金管會下重手　全面金檢專營信用卡業者

【廖珮君／台北報導】由日商永旺集團轉投資的台灣永旺信用卡公司，驚爆高階主管舞弊一案延燒，金管會決定下重手，將全面金檢永旺信用卡、美國運通、大來信用卡公司等3家在台專營信用卡業者，未來也擬採機動性的專案金檢。

金管會主秘林棟樑昨日坦言，金檢信用卡公司是看規模，若量小、對存款人權益影響不大，就會評估必要性。他說，過去專營信用卡機構本身都會派人來台做稽核，也有會計師簽證查核，並要求定期向金管會申報財報做監督。

林棟樑說，這次永旺是內部的舞弊案，很難就財報發現，未來將會加強專營信用卡公司管理，必要時會請檢查局做進一步了解。

台灣永旺信用卡公司是日商永旺集團孫公司，在台成立10年。9月初永旺總公司派人來台查核發現，前後兩任永旺總經理和會計主管共3人涉嫌作假帳、掏空公司，立刻向金管會報告，也將此涉案3人移送台灣檢調單位。
