〔記者田欣雲／台東報導〕台東鹿野高台，因為熱氣球活動，熱鬧了好幾個夏天。回顧從前，這兒曾是東台灣的重要茶區，隨著茶業凋零，如今盛況不復從前，卻有從台北來的李銘煌，在這處山嶺間開了冰棒店，主打「誠信自助」，投錢、取物通通自己來。只是賣冰不在市區，而選在這交通相對不便的山上，又是怎樣的異想天開？「我賣冰，單純是想『解決問題』啊」，問他想解決什麼問題？李大哥緩緩訴出這段「關關難過關關過」的心路歷程。
