〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕有立委建議政府應以穩定政局為先，不要在10月1日調漲電價，馬英九總統與行政院長江宜樺都強調不能繼續「逆向補貼」，不能用全民去補貼用電大戶，經濟部能源局也表示，國際燃料價格自92年以來，已漲了1至2倍，但平均電價卻僅調高32%，第2階段電價調整僅反映國際燃料成本增加的部分，且未足額反映。
