〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕立法院司法及法治委員會今（25）日邀請檢察總長黃世銘列席，並審查刪除特偵組法源依據修法案，遭指控涉及司法關說的民進黨團立院總召柯建銘並登記第一位發言，對於者偵組存廢問題，黃世銘在報告中表示，維持特偵組存在，符合澄清吏治的期待。
