〔社會中心／綜合報導〕官僚制度殺人！新北市一名女子日前得知家住苗栗的美女同學有輕生念頭，緊急向110、119報案救人。不料她狂打了11通電話，接連被新北市警局、消防局和苗栗縣政府推諉，直到第12通才受理，但已經花費了23分鐘，錯失救人時機，同學已經跳水輕生。女子怒控「警消見死不救，害死一條人命！」
