〔記者沈俐萱／綜合報導〕9月28日除了是教師節外，也是世界衛生組織(WHO)、世界動物衛生組織及美國疾病預防控制中心等，所共同訂定的「世界狂犬病日」（World Rabies Day），寵物友善協會，於28日晚間六點半，在農委會前舉辦【點亮蠟燭，點燃希望】燭光音樂晚會，是台灣第一次舉辦世界狂犬病日的相關宣導活動，深具意義。
