〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕立法院內政委員會今(30)日召開本會期第一場兩岸服務貿易協議公聽會，由於綠營不滿召委張慶忠違反程序，私自晚上加開會議，一度霸佔發言台。最後朝野經過協商，藍營方面妥協，晚上所排定的公聽會取消，延到下周進行。
