〔消費中心／綜合報導〕胖達人麵包店今(1)日起開始辦理退費，不少民眾到場排隊等候辦理，不過，有民眾抱怨，退費不但要填寫身份資料，還要簽和解書，以公司行號退費的還必須帶公司大小章，大罵業者「搞什麼鬼，真想拿印章丟他們。」
