〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕針對因遭特偵組指控涉及司法關說案而遭到國民黨撤銷黨籍，立法院長王金平今（1）日發布聲明，他已經決定不向國民黨提出申訴，避免申訴造成黨內紛爭和社會動盪，期待政局早日恢復平靜。
