〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕調查局今(1)日表示，特偵組監聽立院節費電話一案，調查局屬建置機關，只負責監錄作業，不會碰處內容部分。對於立委批評技術不足，調查局解釋，目前技術也可監聽節費電話，但有其特定技術，由於核發之通訊監察書上頭未註明，才做一般處理。
