〔記者黃志政／台中報導〕臺中市北屯區原眷村「一德新村」拆除後土地閒置荒廢，經地方爭取，國防部已同意由市府代管，市府建設局2日動土做綠美化工程，規劃大面積草坪及設置活動遊戲區、運動設施等，面積0.95公頃，預計明年1月完工。
