〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕胖達人香精麵包案衍生出母公司基因國際疑涉炒股及內線交易案，檢方約談包括藝人小S老公許雅鈞與小S公公許慶祥及徐洵平、姜麗芬夫婦等基因國際股東到案，並以涉犯《證券交易法》內線交易罪，以500萬到20萬元諭令交保，而基因股價3日也跳空跌停在74.3元，開盤不到20分鐘，超過800張排隊要賣。
